Designs you create in chat are generated with AI. They are a starting point, and we work on them with you until you are happy.

Some ideas cannot be made exactly as they appear on screen — physics, strength and wearability sometimes ask for small changes. We always tell you first.

Product images and 3D previews

Images and 3D previews are illustrations, not photographs of your finished piece.

Colour, shine, texture and scale can look different on a screen than in your hand.

Personalized jewelry

Engraving, names and dates are made exactly as you approve them, so please check the spelling carefully before confirming.

Once making has started, a personalized piece cannot be changed.

925 sterling silver

Pieces are made in 925 sterling silver unless we agree something else with you.

Silver is a living metal: it can darken over time and shows fine marks with wear. That is normal and can be polished.

Size and fit

We make to the size you give us. If you are unsure, ask us in chat before ordering — we are happy to help you measure.

Resizing may not be possible on every design.

Designs and images you upload

Please upload only images you own or are allowed to use. We may decline anything that looks copyrighted, offensive or unsafe.

You keep the rights to what you upload; you allow us to use it to design and make your piece.

Published designs

If you publish a design, it becomes visible in the dyoj showcase and others may order it. You stay the creator and can unpublish it at any time.

Pieces already ordered by someone else will still be made.

DYOJ Points

Points are a thank-you when someone buys a design you published. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

We may adjust points if something goes wrong or is misused.

Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracked services, India included. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and can move for reasons outside our control; parcels crossing a border also depend on customs clearance.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices are shown in euro for everyone. Orders crossing a border may attract import duties, GST or other taxes set by the destination country — these are charged by the carrier or customs, not by us, and your bank sets the exchange rate if you pay in another currency.

Delivery insurance

Shipments are covered while they travel with our carrier. If a parcel is lost or damaged, tell us and we will open a claim and look after you.

Manufacturing time

Each piece is made individually, so making time depends on the design. We share an estimate before you pay and keep you updated as it progresses.

Third-party technology

We use trusted partners for AI generation, payments and shipping. Their services can occasionally be interrupted or change.

A word on responsibility

We do our best to describe everything honestly, but we cannot promise a screen preview matches a handmade piece perfectly.

Nothing here takes away the rights you have under consumer law. If something is wrong with your piece, talk to us — we will make it right.
