Terms
By using dyoj you agree to these terms. dyoj designs and produces custom jewelry in 925 sterling silver and ships it worldwide.
You keep the rights to the ideas and images you bring. You confirm that you are allowed to use anything you upload.
We may decline a design that infringes someone else's rights, or that we cannot safely produce.
Privacy
We store your name, contact details, designs and order history for one reason: to make and deliver your jewelry and to support you afterwards.
We never sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop — payment, production and delivery partners.

Shipping
Pieces are made to order. Production usually takes 10–15 working days, then delivery follows with a tracked service.
You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.
Customs & duties
We deliver worldwide. Orders travelling outside the country of dispatch may attract import duties, GST or other taxes set by the destination country — India included.
These charges are not included in the price and are collected by the carrier or customs at delivery, not by us.
Returns
Faulty pieces are repaired or replaced free of charge — tell us within 30 days of delivery.
Standard, non-personalized pieces can be returned unworn within 14 days.
Payments
Payment is taken before production starts, through our secure checkout. Prices are shown in euro for everyone, wherever you order from; if your card or bank uses another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a conversion fee.
Complex pieces are quoted individually and confirmed in chat before any payment.
Personalized orders
Custom and engraved pieces are made only for you, so they cannot be cancelled once casting has started and cannot be returned unless faulty.
You always see and approve the design before we begin.
DYOJ Points
You earn dyoj Points when someone buys a design you published. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
We may adjust or remove points obtained through misuse.
Published designs
Publishing a design makes it visible in the dyoj showcase, where others can buy it. You stay its creator and can unpublish it any time.
By publishing you allow us to show and produce that design for other customers.
Your account
One account holds your chats, designs, gallery and orders. Signing out never deletes any of it — sign back in and everything is there.
Please keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Creator rights
You keep the rights to the ideas and images you bring to dyoj. Publishing a design lets us show it and make it for others; you can unpublish at any time.
If you believe a published design copies your work, contact us and we will look into it.
Prohibited uploads
Please do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or anything hateful, illegal or unsafe.
We may decline or remove such content, and cancel an order made from it.
Account suspension
We may pause or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or repeated prohibited uploads. Where we can, we will explain why first.
If your account closes, you can still ask us for a copy of your order history.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, and nothing in them removes the consumer rights you have where you live.
